About Lunch Rock
Lunch Rock is the home of SOS and Kindabird (who met hiking a long-distance trail) and their son Basweight (who was their next adventure). We have a little house just half a mile from the Olympic National Park visitor's center, where we happily host long-distance hikers who need to resupply in Port Angeles, figure out some logistics for this section of their journey, or just rest for the night. We love being trail angels, and hearing all about their journey.
We almost always have a spot for hikers to pitch a tent, with access to laundry, a shower, a kitchen, charging, etc. but always contact us ahead of time to make sure!
For now, you can find their contact info comments for Port Angeles in Farout.
Oh, and a lunch rock is: a nice rock to have lunch on. Especially handy when you're hiking in the snow.
